LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Employment Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from: – Theft or dishonesty by any candidate or employee introduced to the client – Breach of contract or terms of employment by either the client or the candidate/employee – Any act or omission by the candidate/employee during or after their employment with the client – Any loss or damage to the client’s property or business The client acknowledges that the Employment Agency is solely an introductory agency and does not have control over the actions or behavior of candidates or employees. The client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Employment Agency against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the above-mentioned circumstances. By using our services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this limitation of liability clause.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

Our employment agency offers a subscription-based service to connect job seekers with potential employers. Our non-refundable policy is as follows: – All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of our services. – Whether you get employed or not, our subscription fees are non-refundable. – If you cancel your subscription at any time, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of your subscription fee. – Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis, and we do not guarantee employment or a specific outcome.
