Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be responsible for managing our online presence, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
– Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries
– Schedule one-off and regular cleaning appointments using our online calendar system
– Update and maintain our website, social media, and online directories
– Provide exceptional customer service and support
– Data entry and management of customer database
– Assist with marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or diploma in business administration, communications, or related field an asset
– 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative role
– Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software
– Ability to work independently in a remote environment
– Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
– Knowledge of customer relationship management
– Social media management experience
